Products
Bat Eared LLC sells handcrafted French Bulldog-themed gifts and accessories, including laser-cut wood items, engraved products, and 3D-printed novelties. Products are handmade in Ann Arbor, MI. Minor variations in color, grain, or finish are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not defects.
Personalized Orders
Personalized items (e.g., custom name engraving) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order — we produce exactly what you enter.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Michigan residents are charged 6% sales tax on eligible products (shipping is not taxed). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shipping
- Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate within the US
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- Delivery times vary by carrier; we are not responsible for carrier delays
- We currently ship within the United States only
Returns & Refunds
- Non-personalized items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
- Personalized items: Non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and artwork on this site are the property of Bat Eared LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Bat Eared LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
